Service Description

Why do you need a modeling portfolio? When you are first starting out as a model, it is not necessary to have professional photos. Simple snapshots are all you need in order to find out if a modeling agency is interested in representing you. However, if an agency/client is interested in you, but is not quite ready to sign on the dotted line, the agency/client may ask you to 'build your portfolio' a little bit more or work on developing your look. For a new model, this can be very confusing if they have no idea what the agency/client is looking for or what it all really means. Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION AND POSTPONEMENT The Agency and/or The Client is responsible for payment of all expenses incurred up to the time of cancellation (according to the estimate quotation). Client shall be responsible and pay for the following conditions A. Postponement : Postponement should be notified at least 72 hours before schedule. The Agency and/or The Client should reschedule to shoot within 7 days of the original scheduled date otherwise it will be considered as cancellation. B. Cancellation : I. For cancellations made after acceptance of estimate quotation but before at least 72 hours prior to the schedule, Client shall bear 50% of Photographer's fee and 100% of the expenses, including but not limited to all out of pocket expenses, traveling expenses, booking fees and other pre-production expenses (collectively called 'the Expenses"). II. For cancellations (other than due to weather conditions) made less than 72 hours before schedule, The Agency and/or The Client shall pay 100% of the Photographer's fee and 100% of the Expenses. III. Where verbal agreement is reached between the Photographer and The Agency and/or The Client but for reasonable cause no written agreement has been executed in time, and if the Photographer has commenced preparation for the works, Client shall pay 100% of pre production expenses for all cancellations.
